How We Got Here
2017 - The Beginning
Started this whole thing in a tiny two-bay shop after I got tired of working for dealerships that'd cut corners. Just me, a lift, and way too much coffee. Honestly thought I'd go broke in six months but somehow people found us.
2019 - Expansion Time
Word got around about our Euro diagnostics work - turns out folks were desperate for someone who actually knew what they were doing with BMWs and Audis. Moved to Commercial Drive and added three more bays. Also hired Marcus, who's basically a wizard with transmissions.
2021 - Going High-Tech
Invested in proper diagnostic equipment - I'm talking dealer-level scanners and programming tools. Cost a fortune but now we can handle anything from OBD codes to full ECU reflashing. Sarah joined us to run the performance tuning side, and man, she's ruthless about getting every detail right.
2023 - Team Complete
Brought on Jamie for electrical work because modern cars are basically computers on wheels and I'll admit that stuff gives me headaches. Also got Chen handling preventive maintenance so we're not just fixing problems but actually keeping 'em from happening.
2025 - Today
We're seven people now and honestly couldn't be prouder of this crew. Every single one actually cares about the cars rolling through our doors. We've built something real here on Commercial Drive.
What We're About
Look, we're not gonna feed you some corporate mission statement nonsense.
Here's the deal - we fix European cars the right way. No shortcuts, no "that'll do" attitude, and definitely no trying to upsell you on stuff you don't need. When you bring your Bimmer, Merc, Audi, or VW to us, we treat it like it's ours.
Been wrenching on imports for over fifteen years now and I've seen every hack job and Band-Aid fix you can imagine. That's exactly what we DON'T do here. We diagnose properly, explain what's actually wrong (in normal people language), give you honest pricing, and fix it right the first time.
The performance tuning stuff? That's our passion project. Nothing beats handing someone their keys after a proper tune and seeing their face when they hit the gas. But we're just as happy doing a solid brake job or tracking down that weird electrical gremlin that's been driving you nuts for months.
